At the heart of Parco dei Sesi’s kitchen are Danilo and Paolo, two young talented brothers from Marsala whose deep connection to Sicily and passion for honest, traditional cuisine define their roots and our approach. After years of traveling and cooking abroad, they found their way back to the island and fell in love with Pantelleria, just as we fell in love with their cooking.

In 2025 our restaurant is now open to external guests upon requests only at lunch and dinner . kids are not allowed.

Pantelleria is mainly an island “di terra”. the soil has a lot of healhy, flavourful wild to offer and we are happy to bring it into your plate!

Homemade is not a concept here, it is a daily “beauty” routine. From breakfast cakes to aperitivo foccacia, pizza dough or handmade ravioli. Danilo’ starter (la biga) follows him for all the season.

We take pride in selecting only the best products from Pantelleria, and our own farm in Salemi. In Pantelleria we produce capers and an intense rare olive oil and in Salemi we grow the vegetables for season. A km 0 farm separated by the mediterranean sea. Taking the best of each land is entirely part of guaranteeing the best quality in the plate.

Every Sunday from June 1st to Sept 15th, we cook the most excquisite pizza with the highest quality ingredients cooked in the house wood oven, under the stars. A perfect way to slow down and enter into your holiday.
