modification for individual room bookings :

Bookings are modifiable up to 60 days before check-in. Penalty of €150 per change. This does not consider any readjustment of the price according to the new booking dates. Every change must be done manually by our team.

Modifications are possible in-within one year from the moment of the cancellation. After that date, the dowpayment is forfeit.

Cancellable

Up to 60 days before check-in with a penalty of 50% retained from the downpayment. Refund of 50% of the down payment . No charge for the rest of the stay.

Bookings are non-cancellable or modifiable after 60 days prior to check-in.

Exemple if a booking is 1000€, the downpayment is 500€. If you a client wants to cancel their booking, the hotel will retrain 250€ (50% of the downpayment) . 250€ will be refund and the second payment will be cancelled.

Modification for the Grande Dammuso booking:

Bookings are modifiable up to 60 days before check-in. Penalty of €350 per change. This does not consider any readjustment of the price according to the new booking date.Every change must be done manually by our team.

Modifications are possible in-within one year from the moment of the cancellation. After that date, the dowpayment is forfeit.

Cancellable

up to 60 days before check-in: Penalty 50% of the down payment retained. Refund of 50% of the down payment minus the bank fees. No charge for the rest of the stay.

Non-cancellable or modifiable after 90 days prior to check-in.

Refund

For any types of booking, If you are eligible for a refund, it will be done with the same method as the payment, any banking fee will be at the charge of the client.
