Artist Residency

Like its founders, our parents, the artists Maria Teresa Illuminato and Filippo Panseca have settled here their creative studio in the 70’s on the island, Parco Dei Sesi wants to perpetuate the creative soul of the property by offering artists a place to get inspired and to create . Combined with a spirit of exchange and positivity we believe that the rich nature of Pantelleria, its rural landscape, its remote location on the mediterranean sea and its unique culture can be an amazing source of inspiration.

Once a year, the owners will host a single creative project. In exchange for hospitality, the creation will be left to the property and contemplative eye of travelers staying at Parco Dei Sesi.
